For the last 20 years, Katy has worked in theatre lighting and has been a parent for the last 7 years. In this seminar, Katy will explore the challenges and barriers mothers face whilst trying to sustain a career as a freelance Lighting Designer for the stage. What can make a difference and how can we best support parents in this role?
