This industry seminar will explore apprenticeships across Theatre, TV & Film, and the Live Arts, with a focus on widening access, developing talent, and sharing effective practice.

Sally Garner-Gibbons, Apprenticeship Manager at Chichester Festival Theatre, and Kieran Corrigan, Early Careers Manager at the RSC, will outline the apprenticeship programmes currently available, share their organisational models, and discuss key learning from their work.

The session will also introduce the upcoming launch of the ABTT Apprenticeship Network, creating an opportunity for the sector to connect, collaborate, and strengthen pathways into creative careers.
