Tony Birch - Career, Insights And Lessons
Born in Leeds, Tony is in his 3rd decade of making things louder for a living.
Starting out as a touring engineer with bands, he met the odd and unpredictable world of Southbank Centre quite early on and was gravitated to its diversity of projects to which he's been stuck ever since.
The unconventional became his specialty, and he's been honoured to work with some of the Music and Art world’s most inspiring minds.
This led him to dream up the Concrete Voids project during the Queen Elizabeth Hall’s refurbishment and lockdown.
Hear more from Tony as he is interviewed by industry journalist, Phil Ward about his fascinating career.
