IPS marks 20 years at PLASA Focus Leeds 2026 by becoming an official show and café sponsor
Impact Production Services (IPS) will take on its most significant presence to date at PLASA Focus Leeds 2026, celebrating its 20th anniversary as show sponsor while also exhibiting at stand N-B05.
Building on its long standing presence as an exhibitor, IPS’s role this year goes far beyond the stand. In a landmark first for PLASA Focus, the company will sponsor the Royal Armouries café, a central hub for industry professionals to connect, recharge and collaborate throughout the event.
This dual presence reflects both the scale of IPS’s growth over the past two decades and its continued commitment to supporting the industry. While visitors can explore the latest technology and speak with the team at stand N-B05, the café will offer a dedicated space at the heart of the show for informal meetings and conversations, bringing people together in a way not previously seen at PLASA Focus.
“As exhibitors, PLASA Focus has always been an important date in our calendar,” says James Mason, Owner and Key Account Director at IPS. “This year feels different. Being an official show sponsor in our 20th year, while still exhibiting on the stand, allows us to show a broader side of what we do, supporting the industry not just through equipment, but by helping create spaces for people to connect.”
At stand N-B05, IPS will showcase a selection of brand new products arriving soon for hire, with a focus on giving customers early access to the latest technology from leading manufacturers including d&b, Chauvet and GLP. Many of the fixtures on display will be available first through IPS, reinforcing its position at the forefront of production hire.
Recent additions to the inventory include the Robe iFORTE LTX for high-performance outdoor lighting, alongside Astera’s latest fixtures, QuikBeam, QuikSpot and QuikPunch, with IPS confirmed as the first UK stockist of QuikBeam. Also featured will be the EXE Rise 500kg hoist with SRS Controller, supporting precise and efficient rigging solutions for a wide range of applications.
Together, the stand and café presence underline IPS’s approach as it enters its third decade, combining investment in the best event solutions with a strong focus on relationships, collaboration and practical support on site.
PLASA Focus Leeds 2026 offers the ideal setting for this milestone moment, with IPS inviting visitors to explore its latest innovations at stand N-B05 and make the most of the Royal Armouries café as a central meeting point across the show.
