What do you value or enjoy the most about exhibiting at PLASA Show?

The most valuable aspect of exhibiting at PLASA Show is the opportunity to network with industry professionals and reconnect with our partners. It’s a unique environment where we can engage directly with peers, explore the latest AV innovations, and experience firsthand the newest entertainment technology products. This interaction fuels our understanding of market needs and inspires us to continually refine our offerings.

What is the overall vision/purpose of your company?

PLS is dedicated to introducing Univew LED screen products into the UK market, offering solutions that combine excellent build quality, high performance, and advanced specifications at a significantly lower cost than established brands. Our vision is to empower clients with reliable, cutting-edge LED technology that enhances their visual storytelling and event production capabilities without compromising on quality or budget.

What was your first role in the industry?

My first role in the AV industry was as a Technical Service Engineer at AMS Neve. Starting as an electronic bench test engineer, I tested digital film and post-production audio mixing consoles, progressing into system testing, installation, commissioning, and technical support for film, TV, and broadcast studios worldwide. This foundational experience set the stage for my career, blending technical precision with creative application.

What’s so great about working in the entertainment technology industry?

What excites me most about working in entertainment technology is the power to transform experiences through immersive visual storytelling. The industry sits at the crossroads of creativity and innovation, where technology serves the narrative rather than overshadowing it. Being part of this dynamic field means constantly pushing boundaries, collaborating with talented professionals, and delivering solutions that captivate audiences and create lasting impressions.

We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand at PLASA Leeds, where we’ll demonstrate how PLS is delivering high-quality, cost-effective LED solutions that empower creative storytelling and live event experiences. Stay tuned for more exciting developments as we continue to push the boundaries of visual technology in the UK
