Elanor is a prolific Lighting Designer based in Wales, lighting productions for Theatre, Opera, Dance, Musicals, Childrens Theatre and Story Tellers in all sizes of theatres and venues as well as site specific and found spaces for over 25 years and thrives on the collaborative nature and challenges each production brings . Her design work has taken her throughout the UK and internationally, including Japan, Ireland, Spain and the Sydney Opera House in Australia.

She is a graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama where she returns as a guest lecturer and mentor in Stage Lighting and Scenography.

She has also enjoyed working collaboratively at Guildhall School of Acting as a Lighting Designer and mentor to a team of student lighting practitioners,

Elanor regularly runs workshops introducing the next generation of theatre makers to Stage Lighting and backstage roles. She has led workshops in both English and Welsh.

Elanor was thrilled to be selected to deliver a symposium at Showlight in Dijon in 2025 and to have delivered a seminar at PLASA London in 2023.
