Early Careers Manager , Royal Shakespeare Company 

Kieran is the early careers manager at the Royal Shakespeare Company, where he leads on apprenticeship and early career programmes. His work focuses on widening access to backstage and offstage roles, supporting individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, and creating inclusive pathways into the industry.

Having entered the sector through an apprenticeship himself, Kieran is a strong advocate for alternative routes into theatre.

Kieran is particularly interested in collaboration across arts organisations to create clearer, more connected pathways into creative careers.
