Besides his main profession as senior technical officer at the Dutch manufacturer of trussing and staging products and structures, SIXTY82 BV, Matthias is convenor of CEN/TC 433 WG2 “Work equipment and installations” and expert in CEN/TC 152 WG3 “Event structures”. In his home country of Germany, he is involved with several national standardisation working groups, trade organisations and the national governmental working group on temporary demountable structures.
