Nicky initially joining PLASA in 2002 and worked with the Event Rigging industry to develop the National Rigging Certificate (NRC) that launched in 2008.  

Currently she works across the Association on a broad remit of initiatives.

Nicky has an MSc in People and Organisational Development and is one of the founders of #WeMakeEvents.
