Passionate about embedding sustainability at every level of the sector, Phoebe is the specialist consultant to the Professional Light and Sound Association (PLASA) and leads their sustainability initiatives, including an industry-wide effort to standardise Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) reporting frameworks.

Phoebe believes transforming the supply chain is key to enabling the industry’s transition to a more resilient future and recently set up her own consultancy, EARTHED, to deliver on this purpose.
