Phoebe is Attitude is Everything’s Skills Development Manager and Interim Head of Programmes, leading the activity of their Beyond the Music initiative, an initiative working to make the Music and Live Events industry inclusive for all. This includes the creation of the Beyond The Music Network and by brokering training, mentoring, shadowing and skills development opportunities for Deaf, disabled and Neurodivergent professionals. She also works with industry organisations to support them to become more inclusive employers. She does this via their Accessible Employment Guide, training courses and by offering bespoke advice on making your policies, processes and practice as accessible as possible.
