Roy joined d&b audiotechnik in 2023.

After studying Music Technology at Keele University and graduating in 2006, Roy spent several years learning the trade working in the corporate AV sector.

Seeking new opportunities, he later relocated to the Cayman Islands to take up a position as head of sound for a local production company, working on projects ranging from large‑scale carnival events to live concerts.

After seven years abroad, Roy returned to the UK and joined d&b audiotechnik as a member of the Education and Application Support team, where he now delivers training, provides system design guidance, and technical support to partners and users.
