Freelance Tour Manager; Founder, The BACK LOUNGE; Backup Ambassador

Suzi is a veteran tour manager with 25 years of experience who has evolved her career to focus on wellbeing in the demanding live music industry.

Having trained as a Naturopathic Nutritionist and currently completing a Masters in Psychotherapy, she combines these skills to support mental and physical health.

During the COVID lockdown, Suzi founded The BACK LOUNGE, a peer support group that has grown into a global community promoting connection, education and best practice.

Her contributions have earned industry recognition including TPI’s Unsung Hero Award, Pollstar’s Impact International List, and Women in Live Music’s Tour Manager of the Year.

Suzi also serves as a Trustee for Music Support.
