Tom has 35 years of experience working freelance and employed for a wide range of promoters, agencies, brands and is now managing director of two entertainment technology businesses - AeroAVA Drone Shows and Audience & Brands. Tom has also been a council member for the Production Services Association for the last 15 years. The PSA represents 2,500 event production members and Tom is currently one of two elected co-chairs of the organisation.
