Adrian King has been a strategy and business development consultant for over 30 years. His consulting focus is on strategic positioning, commercialisation, new business development, e-commerce and organisational change. He has also worked in the wider logistics industry, capital goods sector and financial services, and currently in digital health innovation. In the health sector, in addition to UVC solutions, he has worked on a wide range of innovation including Neural Feedback, Home Testing, Pharmacy systems, digitally printed orthotics and wound care. He founded the Strategia Group in 1999, having worked in the consulting market since 1986, mainly as a partner in Omega Partners. He is also currently a Visiting Researcher and Lecturer at Imperial College London Business School, where he teaches post graduate strategy and management courses in health innovation.
