Paul has over 25 years’ experience working with agencies in both the public and private sectors supplying and coordinating event technical services. Paul has worked on the technical production of many of the UK largest public sector celebrations in London including St Patrick’s Day, St George’s Day, Diwali, Eid, Vaishali and the 2023 Chinese New Year celebrations. Other large scale projects include the technical supply and implementation of the Olympic torch relay and Paralympics torch relay across the UK to 70 cities.

Paul established a production company, Ethix Management in 2000 and during the pandemic, he set up the UK Live Event Freelancer’s Forum offering help and support and the forum continues to grow with over 28,000 members to date. The forum has partnered with Music Support to offer Mental Health First Aid courses and is still a major source for people needing help across the events industry.
