Following a 25-year career running head-hunting businesses, Richard, along with creative founder Jeremy, decided Google and Linked-in were not working for freelancers, multi-disciplined or SME creatives and to do something about it! Their ambition is huge - to build a completely new creative industry infrastructure - a single gateway for finding, promoting, upskilling, validating and fairly monetising everyone and everything creative. Fiercely proud of their independence and PUNK ethos, they are out to challenge California tech and our creative establishment – prioritising the cultural, economic and wellbeing needs of creatives over policy or shareholders.
